POSITION SUMMARY:
Under close supervision of the Nurse Manager or other supervisory/management level position in the facility, provides direct nursing care in the home setting to selected patients. Provides support to their families under the guidance of the registered nurse in accordance with the company's standards, practice guidelines and all program standards. Ensures all performance is in compliance with internal policies and procedures, and with all federal, state and mandated rules and regulations; ensures high-quality customer service and provides a safe environment when rendering care.
